Return Policy

At Green Compass, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Most products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
  • Products do NOT qualify for a refund after 30 days of purchase. Orders are processed immediately upon submission and cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
    • Enrollment Collections (additional details below)
    • Merchandise

Enrollment Collection Return Policy

  • Some Enrollment Collections may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The Basic Business Collection is not eligible for a refund.
  • All other Collections can be returned if:
    • All products are included. A refund will be issued for unopened products only.
    • Refunded items are issued at the collection’s discounted price, not full retail price.
    • If a collection is returned with missing items, no refund will be issued.
  • Returning an Enrollment Collection will result in termination of the Advocate account.

Return Shipping

  • Once your return request is approved through the Return Portal, you’ll receive return instructions along with either:
    • A prepaid return shipping label to print, or
    • A QR code that can be scanned at a participating USPS location, so you don’t need to print anything.
  • Approved returns must be dropped off within 30 days of return approval to remain eligible for a refund.

  • All eligible returns must be submitted through our Return Portal.

SIX Beverage Returns, Replacements & Product Credit Policy

Please note: Our SIX ready-to-drink beverages are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns.

Cosmetic Damage

Minor dents, dings, or bumps can occur during transit. If a can is not leaking, it is still perfectly safe to consume. For this reason, we do not issue refunds, replacements, or product credits for cosmetic damage only.

Damaged Cans

If cans arrive damaged or leaking:

  • All 4 cans damaged in a 4-pack: A replacement 4-pack will be sent.
  • 3 cans or fewer damaged: SIX beverage product credits will be issued for the number of affected cans and can be applied to a future SIX beverage purchase.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items so we can assist you quickly.
