CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations should be submitted at least one (1) business day prior to your next scheduled processing date. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and make any needed changes from there.

Please note that cancelling your subscription will reset your order streak in the Subscriber Rewards Program. If you choose to resubscribe at a later date, your order count will start over at Order 1, and any rewards or perks tied to your previous streak will be forfeited.

Advocate Cancellation

Advocates can choose to cancel their account at any time. To cancel your Advocate account, please submit your request in writing to our Customer Support team by opening a support ticket at support@greencompassglobal.com.

Please note that cancelling your Advocate account will disqualify you from receiving commissions for any sales within the open commission period in which the cancellation occurs. Should you wish to be reinstated at a later time, we are happy to reactivate your Advocate account after 6 months from the date of termination.

Cancellation by Phone

Both customers and Advocates are welcome to cancel by phone. You can reach Green Compass Support at 833-33-MYCBD or (833) 336-9223. Please leave a detailed voicemail so our Support team can follow up with you directly.

Independent Sales Representative Right of Rescission

Green Compass requires its Independent Sales Representatives to adhere to any country, state, or local laws or regulations pertaining to consumers' cancellation rights. In the United States, Advocates must adhere to the federal "cooling off" rule, which is codified as Title 16 CFR Part 429.

Upon cancellation, the Independent Sales Representative continues to be bound by the confidentiality and non-compete sections of the Independent Sales Representative Agreement, as outlined below.

The Independent Sales Representative acknowledges and agrees that all information concerning Green Compass, Inc. Independent Sales Representative(s) (hereinafter known as "Confidential Information") is of great value to Green Compass, Inc.

The Independent Sales Representative agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person except as expressly authorized by Green Compass, Inc. in writing and shall not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of their functions and duties as a Green Compass, Inc. Independent Sales Representative.

The Independent Sales Representative further agrees that, during the life of this Agreement and for a period of 18 months from and after cancellation or termination hereof, they shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recommend, suggest, or induce any Green Compass, Inc. Customer or Independent Sales Representative to become a Customer of or representative for any person or entity other than Green Compass, Inc. engaged in the business of marketing or selling product(s) or service(s) by means of any direct sales or network marketing.

Reapplying After Cancellation

After cancelling their Independent Advocate Agreement, a former Independent Advocate may not have any purchasing activity for 6 months from the date of cancellation before submitting another Independent Advocate application.
