How Subscriptions Work

By choosing the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, you will enjoy a 20% off discount on the products you have chosen to include in your recurring order. Your order will process automatically on the same day each month, unless modified or cancelled by you. By selecting the Subscribe option, you agree to having the cost of the order charged to your card on file every month until you modify or cancel the order.

Subscription Benefits

Active subscribers enjoy 20% off retail pricing on all recurring subscription orders. In addition, subscribers are automatically enrolled in our Subscriber Rewards Program, which provides escalating benefits tied to your consecutive order streak. The longer you stay subscribed, the more you earn.

Subscriber Rewards Program

The Subscriber Rewards Program is built into every active subscription. Rewards are tied to your consecutive order count and apply to subscription orders only:

• Order 1: 20% off your first recurring order as a new subscriber.

• Order 2: 10% off your second order.

• Order 3: Free full-sized gift added to your order.

• Order 5: Free mystery gift added to your order.

• Order 6 and beyond: 3% cashback on every order going forward, added directly to your account as a credit toward future purchases.

Rewards apply to subscription orders exclusively and are not applicable to one-time purchases or any other order types.

Streak Requirements

Rewards are contingent on maintaining an active, uninterrupted subscription. If a subscription is skipped or cancelled, all rewards and perks will be forfeited and the order streak will reset to Order 1 upon resumption.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available sitewide on all orders of $115 or more, based on the order subtotal before taxes, shipping, and discounts are applied. This applies to both subscription and one-time purchases.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers can manage their account at any time by logging in at greencompassglobal.com. From your account, you can update your shipping address, payment method, product selection, order frequency, or upcoming order date.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

Please note that cancelling your subscription will reset your order streak in the Subscriber Rewards Program. If you choose to resubscribe at a later date, your order count will start over at Order 1, and any rewards or perks tied to your previous streak will be forfeited.

Order Modifications

Once a subscription order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to that order, including address changes, product edits, or order cancellations. Please ensure any modifications are made before your next scheduled processing date.
