RETURN POLICY

At Green Compass, your satisfaction is important to us. If a product isn't quite the right fit for your routine, we've made returns easy with our self-service Return Portal. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how to submit a return, what to expect, and how refunds are processed.

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exclusions apply. Products returned outside of this window will not qualify for a refund.

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Enrollment Collections (additional details below)
  • Merchandise
  • SIX beverages (additional details below)
  • Free gifts and samples

Enrollment Collection Return Policy

Some Enrollment Collections may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The Basic Business Collection is not eligible for a refund. All other Collections can be returned if:
All products are included. A refund will be issued for unopened products only.
Refunded items are issued at the Collection's discounted price, not full retail price.
If a Collection is returned with missing items, no refund will be issued.

Please note that returning an Enrollment Collection will result in the termination of the Advocate account.

SIX Beverage Returns, Replacements & Product Credit Policy

Our SIX ready-to-drink beverages are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns.

Cosmetic Damage

Minor dents, dings, or bumps can occur during transit. If a can is not leaking, it is still perfectly safe to consume. For this reason, we do not issue refunds, replacements, or product credits for cosmetic damage only.

Damaged Cans

If cans arrive damaged or leaking, we will make it right:

  • All 4 cans damaged in a 4-pack: A replacement 4-pack will be sent.
  • 3 cans or fewer damaged: SIX beverage product credits will be issued for the number of affected cans and can be applied to a future SIX beverage purchase.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items so we can assist you quickly.

Return Label Fee

A non-refundable return label fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

How to Submit a Return

We've made returns easy with our self-service Return Portal. You can start a return in just a few simple steps using your order details.

Step 1: Find the Return Portal
To begin a return, scroll to the bottom of our website and click ""Start a Return."" You can also access the portal directly at greencompass.loopreturns.com.

Step 2: Enter Your Order Information
In the Return Portal, you'll be asked for your order number and the shipping ZIP code used on the order. Once entered, select the items you'd like to return and follow the prompts to submit your return.

Step 3: Receive Your Return Instructions
After submitting your return, you'll receive next steps through the portal, which will include either a prepaid return shipping label you can print at home, or a QR code you can take to a participating USPS location, where they'll scan the label for you (no printer needed).

Step 4: Drop Off Your Return
Package your item(s) securely and drop off your return at USPS using your printed label or QR code. Returns must be dropped off within 30 days of submitting the return to remain eligible for a refund.

Returning Multiple Items
You can include multiple items from the same order in a single return request. If you have multiple return requests open at the same time, please double-check that you're sending each return back under the correct label. This is how we track returns once they arrive at our warehouse, so sending items under the wrong label may result in your refund being delayed or unable to be processed.

Step 5: Return Processing & Refund Timing
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, our team will process it and issue your refund to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it, including product edits, address updates, or order cancellations. If you'd like to make a change after your order has been placed, please reach out to our team within 24 to 48 hours of processing and we'll be happy to walk you through the return process.
