Shipping Timeline
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 3PM EST. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may be impacted by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available sitewide on all orders of $115 or more, based on the order subtotal before taxes, shipping, and discounts are applied. This applies to both subscription and one-time purchases. For orders under $115, a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling will be applied at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Green Compass primarily ships through USPS to deliver your order safely and on time.
Tracking Information
Whenever a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with that information so you can follow your package along its journey. Please note that some orders shipped via 1st Class USPS mail may not include a tracking number.
Order Modifications
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it, including shipping address updates, product edits, or order cancellations. Please double-check your order details and shipping information before completing checkout.
